SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. THE NATURE OF YOUR STUDY.
I have been working in SEO and SEM for over 17 years. I have worked with over 200 clients from Poland and Europe. When planning the website, I use this experience to combine the presentation of the brand with the path from searching for a service to contact. Brands and numbers shown are for SEO/SEM projects.
We talk about the artists, the styles you perform, and how to arrange sessions. We determine who responds to inquiries, how the client chooses a tattoo artist and what he should know before the consultation. We will plan a website for one artist differently, a studio with a band and guest dates differently. The structure of the website results from these arrangements.

6 EXAMPLE DIRECTIONS

YOUR INDUSTRY. YOUR CUSTOMERS.
The number of artists and the way the studio works influence the layout of the portfolio and records. A website for a tattoo artist can focus on one style. A larger salon also needs a clear choice of person and rules of contact with the reception.
Your work, style description and consultation method form the center of the site. We will select representative tattoos and show you how to submit your own idea. A short website can combine your portfolio, information about you and contact information.
Each tattoo artist can receive a profile with his own works and specialization. The client will move from the selected style to a specific person. We will determine whether the artist receives the applications or whether the studio jointly manages the records.
We will show guest artists, walk-ins, piercings or vouchers if they are part of your services. Date information requires updating. Voucher sales and additional languages are options to be agreed separately.
FROM FIRST IMPRESSION TO INQUIRY
An example customer journey: home page → style or artist → selected works → idea submission. We will choose the number of pages depending on the team and materials. Each of them should help you make the next decision.
The works can be organized by artist, e.g. fine line, realism or blackwork. We will only show the styles present in your studio. We will agree on filters and separate galleries depending on the number of photos, instead of expanding an empty catalog.
A photo of the artist, a description of the approach and his portfolio help to choose the right person. Information about the location and actual work standards will complement the presentation. We do not add qualifications, awards or opinions without confirmation.
We will explain how to submit an idea, what determines the price and when the deadline is set. We'll show you your booking and rescheduling policies. FAQ and preparation and care instructions will be published after approval by the studio.
The address, contact hours and directions will help you get to your consultation. Guest spots, vouchers and piercings can have their own place. Links to social profiles will complement the portfolio and inquiry path.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the appearance, galleries, artists' pages and contact method. The scope will determine what materials you provide, what we prepare and which functions require additional arrangements. The photos are intended to show the work clearly on the phone as well.
Logo, typography and photographs will create a setting for your works. Three free concepts will allow you to compare directions. We will adjust the website style to the brand, and the layout will make it easy to browse the portfolio.
We will select the sizes and formats of the photos and the method of loading them. We check readability, menus, buttons and keyboard operation. We will define the number of galleries, filtering and zoom view in a range.
We will organize specializations, team descriptions and information before the consultation. The scope of editing is part of the quote. The studio approves the facts about the offer, registration rules and all instructions to clients.
We plan addresses, titles, headings and links between artists, styles and contact. The location description results from the actual workplace. We discuss permanent SEO and advertising campaigns separately.
The form can lead to submitting an idea, and a phone call can lead to a quick conversation. A link to the calendar, an embedded registration system, payments or connection with another tool require verification and a separate quote.
Before launching, we check the artists' details, photos, links and contact details. After approval, we provide the agreed accesses. We discuss adding work, updating deadlines, and continuing support.
CONTACT TAILORED TO THE WAY OF WORK
An individual tattoo requires determining the motif, scale and capabilities of the artist. An inquiry through the website starts a conversation. We will adjust the method of confirming the session to your rules so that the client knows at what stage his/her application is.
The form may ask about the motif, approximate size, location of the tattoo and the selected artist. It will collect the information needed for the first response. Attachments with inspirations are an option to be agreed upon, specifying the format and method of handling.
We will determine whether the inquiry goes to the reception or to a specific tattoo artist. We will place the contact next to his works. If the client does not know who to choose, he or she can submit the idea to the studio and ask for help in selecting the artist.
If you use Booksy or another system, we will check the link or the possibility of embedding records. Consultation and session may have different accessibility rules. We discuss integration and supplier fees before implementation.
We will clarify whether the customer sends a question, signs up for a consultation or reserves an available date. The rules for the booking fee, rescheduling and response are determined by your process. Simply submitting an idea does not necessarily mean a session has been booked.
CUSTOMER LANGUAGE. SPECIFICATIONS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.
The photos show the style and the description helps to understand the collaboration. We will select materials that introduce artists, answer questions before the session and lead to contact. The scope of preparation of texts and galleries is determined in the quote.
Prepare sharp photos and attribution to artist and style. If you show fresh and healed works, we will mark them as described. We will use materials that you may post; we do not replace portfolios with random photos.
Logos, portraits, short biographies and interior photos will help you get to know the people and the place. We will determine what each person specializes in and how they accept applications. Confirmed opinions can be used in an agreed form.
How to describe an idea? When will I know the price? Can I choose the artist? Your answers will create an FAQ and registration rules. Instructions for preparation, care and description of work standards require approval by the studio.
We will determine who adds new works, changes the team composition and publishes guest spots. We select the content editor or ordered updates to suit the way we work. It is worth planning a blog when the studio has an author and time to run it.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three suggestions for the appearance and layout of your tattoo studio's website. You'll see different ways to show your portfolio, artists and contact. Concepts are free of charge, without a contract or advance payment.
Tell us what styles you perform, how many artists work in the studio and how you keep records. Show your current page or profile if you have one. You don't need a detailed brief - the proposals will help you choose a direction before paid website development.
Free designs are concepts of appearance and layout. Creating a working website and publishing it is the next, paid stage - after accepting the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price of a website for a tattoo studio depends on the number of artist profiles, photo presentation, content, editing and features. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show the possible range, not fixed-price packages.
For a tattoo artist who needs his or her own place with selected works, a description of the style and a simple way to talk about the idea.
For a living room with several artists or styles. Separate pages will help you choose a person, view their portfolio and learn the rules of registration.
For a studio developing guest spots, vouchers, additional languages or contact connected to the registration system used.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. The quote will specify galleries, pages, texts, functions, deadline and corrections. We will discuss domain, hosting, renewals and tool licenses separately. We define adding further works, maintenance, new pages and promotion as an additional scope. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
First, we define the goal and the materials needed. The schedule depends on the scope, photos and time for approval. You will learn the execution conditions and the price before the paid stage begins.
We discuss artists, styles, portfolios and recording methods. We review the current website and materials that are worth keeping. We determine the necessary pages, contact details and scope of editing.
We show three free directions for appearance and layout. You compare the setting of the works and the way the studio is presented. You provide your comments and decide whether you want to order the work.
We confirm price, scope, deadline and amendments. We develop the selected project, organize the galleries and implement functions. You approve the assignment of works, artist details and registration rules.
We verify mobile views, photos, menus and contact paths. After approval, we launch the website and provide the agreed access credentials. We discuss editing, renewals and further maintenance.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
The portfolio changes with the band and its style. We will plan adding works and space for new profiles. We arrange updates, maintenance and promotion according to the needs of the studio.
Artist and actual style pages and consistent location information form the basis for further promotion. We can discuss SEO and advertising separately. The start of the website does not guarantee the position or number of registrations.
We will review old galleries, content and addresses to plan relocations and redirects. We will check the domain and email support. We will include links from social media profiles and the current registration system.
We will choose a way to update the gallery, team and guest dates. You can agree on self-editing, individual changes or further maintenance. Before starting, we will discuss maintenance costs and responsibility for keeping the information up to date.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
About concepts, price, portfolio and records. Check out how we plan a website for a tattoo studio at zaborski-pro.com.
Yes. You receive three initial design and layout proposals with no fee, deposit or contract. They do not oblige to ongoing work. Creating a working website and launching it is the next, paid stage after accepting the scope and price.
We prepare the quote individually. The number of artists and pages, galleries, content preparation, editing and functions are important. Before development, you will learn the scope and price, as well as the separate costs of the domain, hosting, license and possible care.
We set the date after knowing the scope and availability of photos and content. A site with band profiles or integrations requires a different schedule than a simple single artist site. We also take into account your verification of materials and approval of the project.
The website can organize selected works by artist and style, collect subscription rules and lead to one contact path. Your social media profile can still show your current work. We will plan to connect both places according to how you serve customers.
Sharp photos of works with attribution to authors, descriptions of styles, portraits of artists, logos and contact details will be useful. Additionally, the registration rules and the current website address. We will determine which materials you can publish and where editorial assistance is needed.
We can include such solutions within the scope. The number of galleries, style and artist filters, and the method of adding photos will be matched to the materials. For a smaller portfolio, one well-organized gallery may be enough. We do not install filters in every implementation.
Just asking for an idea usually starts arrangements with the artist. We will clearly describe your method of confirming your appointment on the website. If you need a consultation calendar or registration for specific sessions, we discuss its possibilities and scope separately.
We will check the possibility of adding a link, embedding a widget or other agreed connection. The scope depends on the provider and the method of registration. Licenses, subscriptions, payments and notifications require separate arrangements; they are not the default element of every page.
If you want to handle galleries and guest dates yourself, we will determine the necessary scope of editing before choosing a solution. You can also order updates. We'll discuss who publishes content, how it's credited to artists, and when it removes outdated terms.
The agreed scope may include structure, titles, headings, image descriptions and linking. Permanent SEO, new content and campaigns are separate services. We do not guarantee a specific position in Google or the number of registrations for sessions.
After checking the configuration, we will determine how the domain behaves and how email works. We will review old addresses and necessary redirects. We will also plan to update links from social profiles and registration tools.
