SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. KNOWING YOUR MISSION.
I have been working in SEO and SEM for over 17 years. I have worked with over 200 clients from Poland and Europe. When planning a website, I use knowledge of how recipients look for information and make decisions. Brands and numbers shown are for SEO/SEM projects.
We talk about the foundation's mission, projects and people you want to reach. We determine whether the priority is to support donors, recruit volunteers, provide information about programs or cooperate with companies. Team resources are also important: who will provide materials and update the website. These answers determine the layout, content, and features needed.

6 CONCEPTS FOR FOUNDATIONS

ONE MISSION. DIFFERENT NEEDS OF RECIPIENTS.
An aid foundation, an educational organization and a local initiative have different needs. We start the project by selecting the audience and the purpose of the website. We will adjust the scope to the activities and capabilities of the team, also in an association or other non-governmental organization.
We will explain who you help, what programs you run and how to apply for support. The donor will find the goals of the activities, their effects and available forms of assistance. People who need support will receive their own, clear path to information.
We will organize projects, events and rules of participation. Workshops, cultural activities and ecological programs can receive their own pages. We will select a calendar, records or downloadable materials if they make everyday work easier.
We will show the actual scope, partners and how to contact coordinators. For many projects, we will plan their joint presentation. Language versions and separate campaign pages are options when you need them for communication.
FROM KNOWING THE MISSION TO CONCRETE ACTION
An example donor route: home page → project and its goal → effects of activities → selected form of support. A volunteer or program participant needs a different path. We will select pages and menus so that each person knows where to go next.
We will briefly explain what you want to change and who is behind it. History, team roles, registration and contact details help you get to know the organization. We will separate the everyday language of the mission description from the downloadable documents.
Each program may show the purpose, audience, process and confirmed results. We will plan a place for news, statutes and reports with the year. The team approves data, photos and materials intended for publication.
We will show available forms of help: donation, material support, volunteering or collaboration with companies. Separate descriptions will explain what you spend the funds on and how to join. Online payments are a feature agreed upon as needed.
The person looking for support will check who the program is for, when the recruitment takes place and who to talk to. We will assign the right contacts to activities. We plan forms, events and additional languages according to actual needs.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will determine the design, pages, content and functions needed by your organization. The quote will determine what we prepare, what materials the foundation provides and which elements require additional arrangements. We will also select a solution for subsequent website maintenance.
We will combine the logo, colors and materials from the activities with a clear presentation of the mission. Three free concepts will help you compare ways to show your organization before ordering paid work.
We check the phone's layout, menus, buttons, headers and keyboard operation. We determine the necessary scope of availability before the quote. A WCAG compliance audit requires separately defined criteria and tests.
We will organize the mission, programs, information for donors and contact information. The scope of editing is determined in the quote. The Foundation approves data on projects, results and use of funds.
We plan addresses, titles, headings and links between projects and information for recipients. The descriptions will take into account the actual area of operation. We discuss permanent SEO and promotion separately.
A fundraising link, online donation, newsletter or sign-up can make things easier for recipients. We will check each option in terms of the supplier's capabilities, team support and maintenance costs.
Before launch, we verify the content, links and agreed action paths. After approval, we provide the agreed accesses. We discuss editing, renewals and responsibility for subsequent updates.
DIFFERENT PATHS TO A COMMON GOAL
The "Support" button should lead to a form of help described, rather than a general contact without guidance. We will plan separate routes for donors, volunteers, partners and people seeking support. Each is based on the foundation's way of working.
We can show the transfer details or a link to the platform used. Payments on the website and recurring support require agreement with the operator, operating rules and costs. We check the scope of integration before the quote.
The person interested in helping should know the tasks, place and time of involvement. We will select a short form or contact details for the coordinator. We will describe the next step so that the candidate knows what to expect after applying.
We will indicate partnership opportunities and the right person to talk to. You can schedule downloads, media materials or a collaboration form. We will use partners' logos in accordance with the received materials and rules.
We will separate the rules of participation in the program from the possibility of supporting the foundation. We will show the dates and contact details of the person responsible. If a registration form is needed, we will determine the scope of data and the method of handling separately.
REAL ACTIONS. UNDERSTANDABLE MESSAGE.
Instead of general declarations, let's show what you do, who your actions serve and what you have achieved. We help organize materials and describe them in the language of the recipients. The scope of writing will be determined in the quote, and the information about the foundation will be approved by your team.
We need a description of the activities, audience and actual reach. For each program, we will establish the goal, rules of participation and contact. Thanks to this, the website will answer questions from people looking for help and those who want to support it.
Logos, team photos and project materials will be useful. We will select the ones you have the right to publish. We will show stories and statements while respecting privacy; We do not need the details of our clients to talk about the project.
Verified numbers, a description of the effects and dated documents help to evaluate the activities. We will organize reports and information about financing. We don't fill in the gaps with made-up statistics, opinions or partner names.
We will determine who adds entries, updates recruitments and closes completed campaigns. We will choose the CMS, newsletter or calendar to suit the team's capabilities. It's better to plan a simple, up-to-date website than many departments without a maintainer.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your foundation's website. You'll see different ways to showcase missions, projects, and opportunities to get involved. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or advance payment.
Briefly describe your activities, audience and purpose of the new website. You don't need a complete brief or ready-made texts. The suggestions will help you determine your direction before you order a working website.
Free designs are concepts of appearance and layout. Creating a working website and publishing it is the next, paid stage - after accepting the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price depends on the number of pages, design, materials, editing method and functions. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show the possible range: from a simple presentation to a service with designs and integrations.
For a foundation that wants to present its mission, key activities and contacts. First, we will determine the information that recipients need to keep the scope simple and convenient to use.
For organizations with several programs and the need to publish documents. Separate pages will organize activities, results and information for people who want to help.
For a foundation needing online payment, subscriptions, newsletter or several languages. The scope depends on the tools, the number of integrations and how your team handles it.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. The quote will specify the design, pages, content, features, deadline and revisions. We will discuss the domain, hosting, licenses and fees of payment operators or tools separately. Care, new campaigns, additional materials and promotion are a separate scope. You receive three initial design concepts free of charge.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
First, we determine the goal, scope and people responsible for the materials. The schedule takes into account features, content availability and your acceptance. We confirm the price and terms of paid website development before starting this stage.
We discuss the mission, projects and audience. We establish priorities, team resources and expectations for the new website. When rebuilding, we check the existing content, addresses and tools that you want to keep.
We prepare three free directions of appearance and layout. You compare the mission presentation and audience paths. You provide your comments and decide whether you want to order the website build.
We confirm the price, scope, deadline and amendments. We develop the selected project, add content and agreed functions. The foundation's team approves information, materials and rules of operation of programs.
We verify mobile views, links and agreed paths. After approval, we launch the website and provide the agreed access credentials. We discuss editing, renewals and subsequent maintenance.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
A new program, campaign or team change does not have to mean building a website from scratch. We will plan a place for further content and how to update it. We coordinate development, technical support and promotion in accordance with the foundation's needs.
Clear project descriptions, addresses and links form the basis for further promotion. We can discuss SEO and Google Ads campaigns separately. The performance of the website does not guarantee position, number of entries or amount of donations.
We will check old addresses, documents and links to the campaign. We will plan the necessary redirects, content transfer and domain switching. We will determine the hosting configuration and email behavior before changing the website.
We will choose the method of adding news, programs and reports. You can arrange independent editing, individual changes or supervision. Before launch, we'll discuss renewals, technical updates, and content creators.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
About costs, materials, donations, editing and availability. Check how we prepare websites for foundations at zaborski-pro.com.
Yes. You receive three initial design and layout proposals with no fee, deposit or contract. All you need is a description of the foundation, its activities and expectations. The concepts do not oblige us to continue collaboration. Creating a working website and launching it is a later, paid stage after acceptance of the scope and price.
We prepare the quote individually. The number of pages, materials, design, editing method and functions, e.g. online payments, are important. Before development, you will learn about the scope of implementation and the separate costs of maintenance, license and ongoing support. We can start with a smaller site and plan its expansion later.
We set the date after determining the scope and availability of materials. A website with multiple projects or integrations requires more work than a simple presentation. The schedule also takes into account content approval by the foundation's team; you will get to know him before the paid stage.
A description of the mission and programs, logo, foundation data, contacts and the address of the current website will be useful. At a later stage, we will determine photos, reports, information about partners and forms of support. You don't need to have a ready brief. When requesting the creation of a website, do not send data of clients or documentation of people using help.
We can plan such a function after agreeing with the operator and checking his capabilities. Link to an existing collection, widget and payment integration vary in scope. The Foundation establishes collaboration with the operator, and we discuss implementation costs, commissions and possible subscriptions separately. Recurring payments depend on the selected solution.
Yes. We'll explain your organization's donation options and publish its confirmed tax status and required disclosures. Tax deductibility depends on the organization and the donation; your team approves the wording. We won't imply that every nonprofit donation is deductible.
Yes, as needed. We can prepare task descriptions and contact information for the coordinator, as well as agree on the application form, calendar, registration or connection with the mailing tool. We will determine the necessary data, service method and supplier fees in advance. Features are not automatically part of every design.
If you want to add projects, entries and documents yourself, we will take this into account when choosing a solution. We will determine the scope of editing and the method of handing over the service. You can also order individual changes or arrange ongoing support. The foundation's team approves the content and is responsible for keeping it up to date.
We plan a clear structure, headers, image descriptions and keyboard operation. If the project requires a specific level of WCAG or audit, we establish the criteria, scope of work and tests before quoting. The responsive appearance, SSL or additional panel alone do not confirm WCAG compliance. We do not declare automatic compliance of the entire website.
The agreed scope may include project structure, titles, headings and linking. We will adjust the content to the programs, their recipients and the actual area of activity. Permanent SEO, new publications and advertising campaigns are separate services. Launching the website does not guarantee visibility or payments.
After checking the configuration, we will determine how the domain behaves and how email works. We will review old addresses and necessary redirects. We will also plan to migrate documents and links to current campaigns to include them on the new website.
The costs of the domain, hosting and selected licenses or subscriptions remain. When making online donations, you must also take into account the terms and conditions of the payment operator. We arrange maintenance, updates, new campaigns and promotion separately. Recurring costs and handling responsibility are discussed before execution.
Let's talk about your foundation's website.

Describe what your foundation does and what the new website will facilitate. We will prepare three free concepts to help you choose your direction.
Provide the main activities, audience and address of the current website. Add if you need projects, news, payments or registrations. A description of the organization and expectations is enough - without details of the people under care or documentation of people receiving help.
